Whatās entirely false is this denial. The assault was witnessed by a Post reporter. Theyāre simply straight-up lying in the face of eyewitnesses.

Whatās funny/ironic to me is that this assault was against a reporter from a sympathetic, to him, news agency?.
If they try to get any compensation or even an apology they will be up against Trumpās all powerful machine.
Any lawsuit will be dragged out for years until Breitbart is bancrupt.
And their excuse of no video is pathetic. Will they ask rape victims for video? Actually wouldnāt doubt it if it involved Trump and his band of abusers.

People need to start relentlessly pursuing criminal charges against these bullies. Has anyone noticed that these incidents are becoming more frequent and severe? Either one of Trumpās Blackshirts will end up seriously injuring someone, or a goon will get injured by someone defending him or herself from assault.

Iām reminded of how often I heard that charges werenāt being investigated, let alone pressed, against domestic violence perpetrators because the police had not witnessed the attacks.
Then it began to change to āthe victim is reluctant to press charges, so we are unable to do anything,ā although they failed to see parallels to cases where they seemed to find it possible to investigate murders even though the dead victim was unable, no matter how willing, to provide an account of the incident, let alone press charges.
Then also, how often did I witness rape victims being aggressively interrogated by police after first being advised that if they were caught lying they would be severely prosecuted.
Itās getting better now after 25+ years of that, but it still isnāt where it needs to be to balance the scales of justice and provide some semblance of support for victims.
