Discussion for article #247015
A Trump ad appeared in a local Cincinnati, OH ad buy within CBS Morning News on WKRC this morning. Trump voice over audio heard before fast forwarding was echo-y and over-modulated…guess Donald didn’t get the best sound man.
I don’t think Rubio is any match for The March of the Swastikas.
No, Marco. No, you will NOT win Florida. Oh, and by the way, after you come in third in Florida, your political career will be officially over. When you leave, don’t let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya.
Damn. Here it comes, Marco. About time.
I’m just surprised it took so long for this matter to get some serious attention.
“The minute-long ‘Corrupt Marco’ TV spot frames Rubio as an absentee senator ‘defrauding’ Florida voters by using the state GOP’s credit card.”
A winner would never defraud voters like that.
He’d defraud them through corporate-tax giveaways, like The Trump Organization.
Or multiple Bankruptcy Court filings, like Trump Entertainment Resorts.
Or DOJ suits, like Trump Management Corporation.
Or SEC cases, like Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts.
Or student loans, like Trump University.
Little Marco’s a total amateur at defrauding taxpayers.
Probably run by a PAC, you know, a 501©4 dedicated to promoting social welfare.
None of the above ever happened. Ask Trump, he’ll tell you so. And his supporters will believe every syllable of his denials.
I truly hope that, once the Court has filled Fat Tony’s seat with an honest, thoughtful jurist, someone brings an airtight case to overturn Citizens United.
The sooner our nation moves past unlimited dark money and the ludicrous idea that political PACs are “social welfare” organizations with tax-exempt status, the better, and less laughable, our country will be.
Marco could have some success marketing tubesteaks…
Quick! Strap him in and hook up the wires!
(Just kidding.)
Watch Trump’s full ad on his campaign site.
Oh HELL no!
I’d watch it for the entertainment value, and to keep an eye on what the GOP crazies are up to (O.K., mostly the former), but I would rather gnaw off my own legs than visit Trump’s campaign site.
Just going to be that much more awkward when Rubio endorses Trump two days after the Florida primary.
Having a link to Drumpf’s website on TPM feels kinda ickie.
With votes!
@Sooner Never, never going to go there.
@InvitedGuest Drumpf’s whole life has been an ad for himself. If someone in the country has never of him and what he doing, they’ve been in a coma.
He should not have posed for this pic because it’s being posted here over and over again and probably elsewhere. When Drumpf gets hold of it, Rube needs to stand back.
But enough about Rube. Let’s get back to Drumpf and Rafael.
Are these the first ads trump has run…assuming he’s running them? Anybody know?
