…yet she voted for Dotard - even after the Access Hollywood tape.

“Ten times out of ten the woman gets blamed no matter what,” she said.

This is a senior advisor to the President behaving this way. And I doubt there’ll be much in the way of repercussions for him because the question again becomes why is Trump the exception then?

Oh, and I hope CNN is proud they hired this guy.

Interesting to see how CNN will react.

If they are going to follow precedent, they should fire him right now.

Thanks for posting that - all good news is very welcome.

Dovetails nicely with the article about college-educated women turning on Dotard.

Yeah it does - I thought of that too when I read it.

It bodes very very badly for the GOP because they have managed to hold onto a lot of those soccer moms from affluent suburbs and I think they are losing them in a big way. Roy Moore pushed a bunch over the edge I think. They have daughters

K… I’m feeling somewhat bad about this, but…

But in since-deleted tweets from 2016, Villa allegedly wrote that, “If you don’t like the two crazy candidates running, write in or vote for the OTHER 3 on the ballot!”, and also used the hashtag #FeelTheBern. Furthermore, she composed disparaging tweets towards Trump, and never wrote any positive tweets about Trump before Grammy night.

However, from her Twitter, it looks as if she voted for neither Trump nor Clinton, but for one of the other candidates on the ballot in New York City, where she seems to be based: Green party candidate Jill Stein or Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson. Since she mentioned three, perhaps Villa was referring to the possibility of a write-in vote.

i’m feeling somewhat bad, because while the alleged assault wasn’t her fault, when @antisachetdethe wondered why she didn’t feel that way about Trump, I pretty much knew why (she voted either 3p or wrote in Sanders).

I don’t know Joy Villa from a hole in the ground but who she voted for doesn’t have much to do with what she said happened to her.

agreed, hence my explanation.

I know you said you felt bad.
I just sort of don’t know what else to say. I really have no experience with Joy Villa at all.

Short answer time: folks likely had more than necessary, different opions of the AH tape.

But chances are, there was likely a minority of female voters who agreed with Melania, that the tape was frankly ‘boys being boys’.

Now I ait Charlie Xavier, but it wouldn’t be surprising if Villa saw it in a similar light.
