If I’m not mistaken and I’m no lawyer only somebody who Googles looking for answers, I think he cannot pardon Cohen because it’s state offense. It’s unfortunate that the most ignorant prez we ever had doesn’t know this.

I think you’re right on both counts, so it should be humorous when he tries anyway.

I’m not sure Cohen’s even been charged yet, and when that happens we’ll see how eager PP is to grant pardons which would have to go to back to the beginning of Cohen’s career with PP. because he’s been indulging in criminality since the beginning. So pardon him one a few issues, then pardon him on some more, and we’ll finally see the totality of PP’s crimes.
