Miller flashing white power sign? Or fiddling with his tie??

Nah, he doesnā€™t use tape. You be the judge.

Are those really white power signs?

ā€œThe rulings from those courts were flawed, erroneous, and false,ā€ he said.

I can see the deliberate undermining of judicial rulings by calling them erroneous and flawed. Thatā€™s problematic but I see it is in line with the rest of the Trump ethos. But what does calling them ā€œfalseā€ mean? That they didnā€™t happen?

ā€¦and everyone on the Right says youā€™re so smart Jasonā€¦No, the first EO was unconstitutional. NOT bad judges. They could READ and you were more interested in just using the ā€˜big bootā€™. NOW you will block immigration but not Green Card holders, people already vetted and tourists. Of course, you can just arrest them and then accuse them of committing a crime because you arrested them but that will be your next misstep.

Apparently so. Also, whenever I fiddle with my tie (rarely), itā€™s mostly to loosen or tighten the knot. And I donā€™t curl my finger into a ā€œpā€ in order to ā€œfiddleā€ with the hanging part (which I tuck into my pants).

Edit. I have an I pad mini with a tiny virtual keyboard which, together with my uncoordinated fingers has the annoying habit of spitting out mangled words. Iā€™m not trying to cash in on Eustaceā€™s schtick.

Really brilliant to tell the courts what you are doing in an attempt to circumvent the rulings of the courts, asswipe. Especially courts that have use previous public comments to slap you down.

The old order is tied up in the courts in part because Candidate Trumpā€™s anti-Muslim statements have come back to haunt him.

If the new order is intended to achieve the same thingā€¦

I always find it amusing that white ā€œsupremacistsā€ are always the most inferior-looking people.

I wouldnā€™t be surprised if they were. This administration is full of petulant kids who canā€™t go past animal instincts.

Just what I was thinking. Heā€™s practically screaming his discriminatory intent.

Iā€™m still waiting for this morons evidence of the busloads of people from Massachusetts voting in New Hampshire. He should be asked about that every time he is interviewed.

Do they actually believe the Presidential power to exclude a particular class of immigrant is absolute, and no other law on the books is relevant? Because thatā€™s kind of, well, stupid.

Nebbishy-looking self-loathing dictatorial mouthpiece says what??

Miller has finally advanced to President Bannonā€™s Mini-Me elimination round as a semifinals contender. With stiff competition in the wings, its gonna get ugly before one of these dimwits walks off with the Bannon Booby Prize.

ā€œThe reality is that these seven countries ā€” look at Yemen. Look at Libya. Look at Syria."

Hey! What about SWEDEN? SWEDEN! Look at SWEDEN!

Their reply is calssic wingnuttery: Its Trumpā€™s belief that this happened.

That means no proof is necessary. A belief is a fact for Republicans and covered by Constitution under religious protection.

When this one goes to court, and it will, does he not realize that the statements he makes will also be reviewed by the courts?

He is helping to build a case for the plaintiffs by noising abroad the discriminatory intent. This is one arrogant and stupid kinda guy.
