You know it’s almost if at every turn they, the administration’s officials, picked the option that would do the most harm*. Funny how that turned out.
*harm to the most vulnerable human in this equation of terror
I’m curious if there were lawsuits over this being pursued. What a horrible position to put these children in. Cruelty for cruelty’s sake.
Finger printing the innocent, writing numbers on their arms. Putting toddlers in cages I would not put my beloved hound in:
Jailing babies in order to cause pain and suffering in the most vulnerable.
Merry Christmas donald. Are ya enjoying your golf and two scoops?
Fuckwad that you are
It was the deliberate policy of the US Government to cause pain in young children so that other refugees would not come here. Never forget this. Never forgive it either.
I wonder if trump keeps a copy of Mein Kampf on his nite table. You know he admires the author.
How did this become a casualty of the wingnut culture war? How are they still trying to have this policy with “slight” tweaks? I want a snarky comment to come out here but this story just makes me feel sick.
Lawsuits are not enough in my humble opinon. There comes a time for a reckoning. Not revenge…a reckoning. When agents put numbers on the arms of immigrants, when toddles are in dog cages, when a y7 year old girl dies for lack of fucking water after 8 hours in US custody what conclusion am I to draw? A fucking law suit? (Sorry I do not mean this toward you personally but rather directly at trump). I want trump arrested and frog marched to jail. Right now. I freely admit I am very angry right now.
Oh, me too, me too. I was just wondering why the change of policy here. I really doubt it was out of the (limited) goodness of their hearts.
Well if he keeps a copy on the back of the toilet would we have less AM tweets?
I need an anger button not a
.
Ya know, I used to hate Nixon because his orders sent 4 childhood buddies of mine to Vietnam. They came home… in body bags.
But trump is several orders of magnitude worse and I did not think that was possible. Generally I’m a forgiving guy…but not about him. If he should fall down the stairs, or have a stroke I will not offer sympathy. Until I saw numbers being put on the arms of immigrants I would wake and look at the news thinking “What’s he done now”? But now I look to see if a tragedy has befallen him. After all it’s only fair.
From the article: “Texas Monthly reported Saturday that the tent city’s operator, BCFS Health and Human Services, had pressured the administration to change the fingerprinting policy.”
Siphoning public funds for private profits was sweet until they started chocking, so they’d like the trump administration to dial it back a bit.
It would be unlawful to say what I really wish would happen to that waste of carbon. My favorite Senator was the late Paul Wellstone.
Trouble is , there are 17,000 ( and counting ) children in Diaper Donny*s Koncentration Kamps .
