Ruh, roh! What’s the Governor of Texas doing flying Jet Blue? Jet Blue is based in New York. Shouldn’t the Governor of Texas be using Dallas-based American? Thought Abbott claimed that Texas-based companies are better.

I admire the man’s balls for saying to the Governor’s face, exactly what he thought and I share his sentiment. .

“I’ll see you on the plane” in the context of the confrontation sounds close enough to a threat to boot the passenger from the plane.

I despise the TX Governor, but he’s entitled to feel safe, and had a tea bagger said that to one of the people on my side, I’d want him booted too.

When Rick Perry was on his marketing blitz to woo businesses from other states (which paid decent wages) to come to his Texas, Lewis Black’s take was priceless! Black took it…until Perry took a swipe at New York! The result was hysterical…and works well as a message from NY to Texas for Greg ‘Jade Helm’ Abbott as well…

“I’ll see you on the plane” after a confrontation is not a direct threat, but could be construed as an indirect threat. The airlines boot people off the planes for less with some regularity. My guess is that JetBlue weighed the optics of an altercation with the governer on their plane against the optics of bumping a passenger to a later flight, and made the safe call. Much as I dislike Abbott, I probably would’ve done the same in JetBlue’s position.
