So, Trudeau and the Canadians are open to having these refugees settle in Canada, even if we in the USA aren’t. Why can’t the USA facilitate this by offering transportation to a Canadian port of entry via the USA, or send a cruise ship (or two) to San Diego to transport these poor folks to Vancouver ? This would solve the problem humanely and cost a lot less than a 2000 mile long wall. (BTW, Trump should talk to the Chinese - THEY built a wall over 2000 years ago to keep the Mongols and the Manchu’s out and it failed completely. The Manchus eventually overran the Mings and the rest is history.
The Central American refugees will get a better deal in Canada anyway - Canada has National Health Insurance. They would also provide Canadian agriculture farm workers who would work hard. I’d even be willing to crowd-fund this idea. What I do know is that tear-gassing toddlers is just wrong - something the Nazi’s did to the Jews. We are doing our country a huge disservice by tolerating this behavior.
