I’d love that to be true. But as jinnj replied, that presupposes that Trump behaves rationally in response to the Constitutional process. But he’s already an irrational psycho. Who knows what the “cornered, wounded animal” version of this irrational psycho might do when it comes to that?

Remember he has a barely staffed administration, a Congress that can’t distance itself from him fast enough and a rapidly depleting base. I don’t think he’s in a position to put up much of a fight.
