Discussion for article #228549
Looks like Cotton didn 't learn a whole lot at Harvard Law. Looks like another person trying to re-channel Joe McCarthy using lies to spread fears. Or maybe he’s relying on Iowa’s own Steve King for his “facts”.
Hi, I’m Tom Cotton, and I am crazier than Joni Ernst.
Nobody, and I mean NOBODY gives a flying shit about anything or anyone in Arkansas, where they say:“Hey, at least we aren’t MISSISSIPPI.”
Look are you going to believe me or what? Or course I know what I’m taking about! I’m a genuine vet! The president? He’s just a ni(CLANG!) I mean a guy you can’t see in a dark alley at night unless he smiles.
FEAR, FEAR, FEAR, FEAR, FEAR, (it’s all the repugs have), FEAR, FEAR, FEAR, FEAR, FEAR
He left out Ebola.
Is such a charge likely to convince any uncommitted Arkansans to vote for Cotton?
I can’t imagine what ISIL would be looking for in Arkansas, but hey, if what Cotton says is true, let’s toss the entire south on the table and maybe we can achieve peace in our time.
Is that possible?
Yep, it is…Thanks Kochsuckers for attaching your money to yet another asshat.
For his next press conference, he’ll claim he’s “Not A Witch”…
So, that photo of Cotton is one of the few where he’s not wearing his aluminum-foil hat?
No. But he’ll rack up big numbers among the committed–the people committed to state hospitals, that is.
I’m beginning to wonder how these guys have such inside knowledge of the plans of ISIL and the drug cartels. A little under the table envelope exchanging going on, perhaps?
I only give it a 5.1 because he failed to work Ebola into it.
defended Cotton’s remarks to Sargent with links to reports in various conservative outlets — Town Hall, Fox News, World Net Daily, Free Beacon, and Breitbart
And every single one of those outlets are known making up outright lies. Anyone surprised that those were the only “reports” this idiot could find?
" Muslim extremists from ISIL are working with Mexican drug cartels to infiltrate the U.S. border and attack Arkansans, as first reported by the Washington Post’s Greg Sargent."
He forgot to mention that the Islamic terrorists from Mexico are going to litter the Arkansas countryside with prayer rugs infected with Ebola.
Right. Fearmongering FAIL.
I’m afraid he has an exagerrated idea of what ISIL wants from Arkansas.
And, I like it and have been there many times, but, really? Arkansas?
They want to capture Murfreesboro and start mining blood diamonds, perhaps?
I wouldn’t worry too much, Arkansas is far too backward, unsophisticated, anti-modern and beholden to outdated and oppressive religious beliefs for ISIS.
