You could tell there’s something wrong with the process when the strongest statement the NFL lawyer could come up with is:
“…it is more than probable that Brady “was at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities” involving the release of air from the Patriots’ footballs.”

Given the facts underlying that decision, which pretty undeniably showed that Brady was no provided due process and that the NFL was biased and engaged in a total screwjob, I think it’s pretty damn believable. They did things like failed to inform him of the potential punishment and denied him access to witnesses. That’s just plain old ridiculous.

I guess you didn’t read any of the NFL report. Brady’s ball boy flunky admitted to doing it and they had texts on the guy’s phone from Brady arranging it and then Brady admitted destroying the phone he used. No, nothing here to see at all.

And so this entire ridiculous Kabuki Dance comes to the only end it could: With Brady being able to play ($$$$$$$ To the NFL) and their idiot Commissioner Rodger Goodell saving face by being able to claim, “Well, the COURTS CLEARED HIM, NOT ME”.
