But… but… Obama!

As long as we’re gonna fetishize the so-called “middle ground,” we might as well capitalize off it.

I can’t imagine being undecided at this point, so I have no idea what goes on in those people’s heads, but maybe this is what they want to hear?

Senator Landrieu is Louisiana thru and thru. She personifies the laissez faire of the people of Louisiana. Republicans are always yelling about letting the free market drive the economy. Well Mary has done this her whole life for Louisiana. I don’t think that Sullivan has enough knowledge to understand the free market economy of the oil industry in Louisiana like Senator Landrieu does. If Louisiana is smart they won’t discard Senator Landrieu for someone who just spouts anti anything President Obama without any new ideas of their own.

Unfortunately, Louisiana seems to be in a race to the bottom. They seem hell bent on becoming …well, whatever’s worth than a Third World country…a post apocalyptic wasteland?

“The Republican opposition is trying to make this a partisan race and falsely paint Sen. Landrieu as a liberal Democrat. She isn’t,” the editorial board wrote. “She occupies the middle ground in Congress.”

Middle ground is as far-left as a Democrat can dare in Louisiana. And having a female Democratic Senator from Louisiana is vital, not only to her constituents, but to the nation as a whole. Come on LA Democrats, get to the polls this year and vote for Mary Landrieu and other Democrats! You can do it!

But how much will the KochBoys pay for each of their votes for Kassidy?

I’m not sure that the residents of New Orleans are who she has to win over. I wonder if this newspaper carries weight in the rest of the state?

I delight in every ideologically bankrupt campaign dollar wasted by the greedy … whether it be the Kochs, Friess, Adelson, or the Rove coalition.

Louisiana dems can chalk up another one … GO VOTE!

Last time I dined at Galatoire’s in the French Quarter it seemed to be above a “post apocalyptic wasteland.” I get the point however over stated it may be.

It doesn’t surprise me that most of these comments are for Mary. Most of you are for Obama also and that is pretty sickening.

Why?

If the Koch brothers really knew what was good for them, they’d stay away from this one. Landrieu is very much a friend to oil companies doing business in Louisiana.

How could they possibly be jealous of Mississippi?

I’m betting the beer pong was the decider here.

Whilst the Times-Picayune was doing the endorsing of Landrieu they should’ve also made the case against the Republican madness. It’s not like there are two good choices and she is the best of the two, no, there is a way above decent choice and a batshit crazy choice.
The ‘newspaper’ could’ve pointed that out.

If the media can hound senate candidates Grimes and Nunn if they voted for Obama how come the LA Times-Picayune never asks the Republican candidates Jindel, Vitter and Landrieu’s opponents if they voted for Klanner David Duke during his heyday back in the early 90’s. Or Family Research chair Tony Perkins who actually bought his mailing list.
