Is anybody left at the State dept. besides Tillerson?
Tillerson said on Tuesday that State Department staff has been highly involved in the effort to restructure the agency, and he said that he simply wants to help State Department staffers operate efficiently.
Absolutely! Efficient use of time in diplomacy is always the easiest to achieve, and proves to result in the longest lasting international agreements. Every graduate of T rump University knows that in every war that’s ever been waged, if one side had just capitulated, and decided to surrender ahead of time, millions of unnecessary deaths could have been avoided, and national treasures could have been preserved.
It certainly helps if one accepts the State Department as basically a civilian auxiliary to the American Army.
I see yet another Trumpster has read the book, Advanced Crisis Management, by Baghdad Bob. An excerpt from Page 5 (it’s not a very long book, BTW):

Tillerson said that the State Department’s budget is “just not sustainable” and argued that by slashing the agency’s budget, the Trump administration would be returning funding closer to historic levels.
