I grew up with the story that Boston’s Mayor Curley had threatened that if the banks did not lend to the city he would flood the bank vaults. (Lots of Boston e.g. “Back Bay”. is filled in land.). Water, either too much or too little is a powerful bargaining chip.

I think Schumer & Pelosi should tell fearless leader to repeal the GOP tax cut and and take money from the bloated Pentagon/defense budget to fund his vanity wall.
