Does anyone who knows more about him than me say whether he’s more acting than crazy or what? Somehow I never bought it myself. But there are people who are crazy in just the right way for their roles, like president of the United States, so I’m mildly curious.

From what I read about him this is a shade or two above normal. He’s always been untruth teller, he and Trump have that in common. And just like Trump Jones knows how far over the lineto go to get the reaction he is looking for, but he leaves his little toe still on the line so he claim it’s an act or a joke.

The only way that isn’t malpractice is if there’s a letter in the file that says “Dear Alex, you told us not to review documents before producing them to save money. We reiterate that this is a really bad idea. Signed, your lawyers” in their file. And if their bills claim they did, in fact, review them, well, now that malpractice suit comes with a side of potential disbarment and criminal fraud liability.

Anyone else catch that the documents were provided on May 21st, they were found/reported to the FBI sometime after that (but very quickly, according to the document, so give it at most a week), his rant is only Friday evening, 14 June.

So there’s at least a couple of weeks that this has been percolating in the background, there’s clearly a lot more information to come at the hearing tomorrow.

Seems to me if the FBI had cleared him (since they mention stuff sent to infowars e-mail addresses, that something like spam or whatever unmonitored areas that were never opened that would be reasonable exoneration), they would have, and we wouldn’t be seeing this filing.

Any lawyers around?
