Really? Anyone that would include Sarah Palin in a book on Conservatism ( in the title no less ) is not a person with thinking I value. Palin is no Conservative and the author, despite his credentials, is full of crap. Perhaps the TNR did not appeal to him…that does not equate to it having no appeal at all.
Well, according to the links, TNR pushed ¨The Bell Curve¨; were pro-Israeli to a fault; and even gave a platform to crazy lady Betsy McCaughey to attack government sponsored health care. Not an admirable record, no?

Yep. This piece is exactly how I’ve been feeling, articulated better and by someone who was there earlier. I’m 40 and TNR has never been a relevant publication - not even as something to be opposed - since I started paying attention to politics as a teenager, for exactly the reasons stated.
