Discussion for article #226603
Any word yet on whether the regulators have approved the creation of death panels?
This would be a distraction from Benghazi! (oh, where is that?)
This would be a distraction from IRS-gate (oh where is that?)
This would be a distraction from āArgle Bargle Yargleāā¦
Thanks Obama!
I know that group policies are different from individual policies, but our Blue Cross/Blue Shield policies here at my college either rose by about $6 or fell by the same about, depending on the planāthis, after several years with 4 or 5 different companies whose rate increases, when they didnāt jump so high that the college would feel compelled to drop them, would essentially consume whatever raises we might have had. The HR folks said they were āvery pleasantly surprisedā this time around.
Headline they donāt want you to see? GOP doesnāt want you see anything positive about Obamacare.
Iām waiting to see if NY approves my insurance companyās 16%+ increase request. They seem to pretty much rubber stamp increase requests. (IDK whether thatās because the insurance companiesā requests are always reasonable, or for some other reason).
Since the disastrous roll out (like TPM and MOST of the media kept saying for months after the rollout) things have gone very well for A.C.A aka Obamacare.
The fact that we have not been hearing much reporting on it by the general media and noise by Republicans means that it HAS been doing extremely well.
For the most part, the media donāt report on the good, it thrives on sensationalizing the bad.
Iām lobbying to get on a Death Panel. Iād be awesome at Death Panelling. But as with most things, itās more who you know.
#Obamacare premiums in Connecticut are going down, not up.
0.1 percent LOWER premiums on average ā in 2015. Thatās outrageousā¦I wonāt pay it!
I just re-did my den in Death Paneling. It looks really sharp.
I too have been awaiting the creation of the Death Panels in the hope of getting a cushy gubbamentā job on one of them. Just sittinā around all day eatinā my gubbamint cheeze, talkinā on my Obamaphone and sending vigorous, active, Medicare scooter-riding Teapartiers to the euthanasia camps. Itād be the life of Riley, Iām telling you. And yet, so far, they havenāt been set up, no doubt due to Obama exceeding his executive authority by ignoring the clear command of the law. John Boehner should sue him for it.
I have only one word for thisā¦āSingle Payerā, ok, itās two words, but the gop/baggers wonāt know the differenceā¦
Iām still awaiting the details of the GOPās plan to replace the ACA. Any day nowā¦
How is Blue Cross supposed to give its CEO double digit salary and bonus increases if they canāt raise rates?
Except for Sarah and a few evolutionary dead-ends and clown car refugees have Rethugs disappeared into the bubbling tar of the old media pits?
Evidently TPM doesnāt want us to see it either, unless we click through.
Ā¢liĀ¢k, Ā¢liĀ¢k, Ā¢liĀ¢kā¦
And we will get there, but it is going to have to start state by state. And thanks to Oācare states can no go single payer as they are doing in VT.
LMAO doesnāt seem to relate my joy quite enough.
Does that remodel come with a nicely framed and signed portrait of Sister Sarah the Caribou Barbie of the North (for just an additional $19.95 plus shipping and handling)?
