Reminds me of when Hillary lost to Obamaā¦
Wait.
Oh come on TPM. Youāre just egging us on now.
I dont blame the former members of HRCs campaign for carrying a grudge.
The person who stayed in too long after it was clear who the nominee would be based on the cast primary and caucus voting should not be rewarded with the nomination next time through.
This is why I was āany one but HRCā in the 2016 primary. Unfortunately everyone else running was a lightweight and none were sitting elected Democrats. At least Bernie has always caucused with the Dems though He was always a flawed candidate.
(As I am an adult, I of course voted for her in the General)
I will not be voting for Bernie this time not only because he stayed in too long but also he lost last time.
(As an adult, I will vote for whomever the nominee is)
Staying in the primary past time time in a way that I personally find unforgivable? Yes.
I suspect if HRC had won, it would be more water under the bridge like when she lost to Obama.
The only time youāll see Bernie with a genuine smile on his face is when he is standing in front of a large crowd that is chanting his name.
Iām not saying heās a megalomaniac but megalomaniacs think he is a megalomanic. /s
Stop, please just stop. That includes you too TPM!
The GOP was praying for Bernie to get the nomination in 2016, and they are praying again for 2020.
Old, white man who has accomplished nothing substantive in his career continues to parade his weaknesses in public.
Note to Sandersā son: it is not ācourageousā to beat your head against a brick wall.
Both camps need to STFU and go away.
Here we go again:
Again, for the record. I donāt support Bernie now. I did not support Bernie in 2016. I just donāt want to see this over and over.
My opinion on Bernie running today
:
It is hard to encapsulate this feud into anything that makes sense, because of course it doesnāt.
I would say that Sanderās day is gone, something that Hillary has realized. The party is passing the baton, sometimes slowly, to a (somewhat) younger generation. It can be smooth or bumpy depending on the egoās involved.
For Bernie, itās going to be bumpy.
āBernie Go Homeā.
Please.
actually there is NO Bernie-hillary feud.
but there is a concentrated effort by hillary the loser to tRump and her clue-less aids, sycophants etcā¦to re-write history and blame sanders for her inept presidential campaign that saw her lose to the most vile person ever to enter politics in the nations history.
(although the reason she actually lost was SHE was perceived as that)
doing the bidding of corporate interests and undermining any and all progressives is just par for the course be it done by the hillary has beens or the current chuckles and pelosis etc etc.
butā¦even with all that going onā¦it is a discussion/fight that i welcome since it will greatly speed up the ouster of those repiglicon light members of the party since once Sanders wins the presidency he will with the peoples support owe them nothing which is what every person who cares about the future of their children/planet etcā¦is working for.
The difference, of course, is that only one of these ādivisiveā candidates was narcissistic enough to run again.
lolā¦well since you said it it must be so.
beyond that
care to explain WHY?
And not very well, either.
The article makes a laughable attempt at āboth sides.ā And the people it quotes speak as if the object of their continuing fervor has not said she is taking herself out of contention.
Neither one of these two have ANY chance of beating Trump, and if you can not see that you are politically tone deaf.
Thereās certainly no evidence of it in the article.
since you are an adult and not a child who believes people are āawardedāā¦the nomination and do not earn through actual campaigning and getting votesā¦care to explain how Sanders is being rewarded with the nomination?
