Discussion: The 5 Most Bonkers Moments From The Seminal Trump-Putin Press Conference

It is now time. Time for all of us to take a few minutes to call our Congress critters and Senators. Tell them that impeachment is now the only sensible alternative. That to do nothing about this lunacy is to be complicit.

It was out there for the world to see. We know that Russia acted to compromise the 2016 election. We also know they are going to do it again, as long as they think they can get away with it and there is evidence they are already working on 2018. So here we saw Traitor Trump trying to help Putin get away with it! What we saw today, in addition to what has happened in the past, IS COLLUSION RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR EYES.

Next time go and take a picture with your cell phone.

Whenever he says “The US” or “our country”, he is always referring to himself. As any typical dictator/tyrant/king/narcissist would.

“There was no collusion, at all. Everybody knows it. People are being brought out to the fore. So far that I know virtually none of it related to the campaign.”

No collusion, of which virtually none was related to the campaign, so far that I know.

His denials feature extensive qualification at this point - and a double negative just to throw slow thinkers off the scent.

More treasonous activity from the Muscovian Candidate now President.

On foreign soil, in conjunction with an avowed adversary of the United States and our allies, Trump denigrates our justice system, our intelligence agencies.

This has got to stop. Period.

How many high crimes and misdemeanors does this traitor need to commit before he is deemed eligible for impeachment by the Republican party?

Edit: I will add - Putin probably can’t believe how useful this useful idiot is.

He’s a good writer as well as a good reporter. I don’t always notice AP bylines but often when something is expressed with particular, shall we say clarity, I find it’s his piece.

I suppose I have to consider the conference a success since it appears that we get to keep Alaska. Unfortunately, we also get to keep Trump.

I hope that we do not accept the offer by the foxes to look into the matter of where our missing chickens went.

I would put a LOT of weight on the money part.

Surprised they even called on him. Was he in disguise? :smirk:

Bonus points for using “In the most literal sense” grammatically correctly.

Donald Trump is a traitor and should resign from his office immediately.

Do we know who that “unnamed congressional candidate” is yet? Issa ran a close race, and he’s a known “fornicator of rodents” as Cruz would term it.

[S]pecial counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation specifically was having a “negative” impact on the U.S.-Russia relationship. [Drumpf: That is what Puttie told me to say.]
