I’ve got a life sized picture of solving the problems with Turkey with “meetings”.

“Fulfilled their obligations to us.”

Is Trump referring to himself in the majestic plural here or does he mean America?

Does he even recognize the distinction?

Before anyone posts a GIF of popcorn eating, this story is extremely worrisome. It is…destructive, really. And it certainly is a betrayal of what any reasonable person’s idea of American leadership in the world is.

There’s a not-so-old US Navy commerical that ends on: “A force for good.” You read this article and it becomes: “The United States. No longer here.”

Trump delenda est.

“The Times asked specifically if Trump would, in light of Russia’s recent aggressions, assist the smaller Baltic States.”

“I will never back down from America’s unwavering support for our historical ally Baltonia.”

Why are they interviewing Drumpf when all of these things fall under the vice president’s responsibilities? These things most definitely fall under the heading of “all foreign and domestic policies.” It seems the NYTimes is only interested in harassing the candidate with irrelevant questions while he’s in the midst of attempting to Make America Hate Again™.

Wonder if the NYT transcript will reveal that Trump DOES support our ally, the Duchy of Grand Fenwick

But he will “Wish them well.”

If you do not trust the NYT, then why give them an interview?

Trump’s remark to the Times comes after his staffers worked to soften language in the Republican Party’s 2016 platform about arming Ukraine to combat Russian forces.

To use a phrase near Trump’s own heart: there’s something going on there…

So when a consulate is attacked overseas, Trump wants to deploy from the continental United States with a rescue response?

Wow.

WHAT?!?! I don’t even know how to respond this. Everyone at the RNC keeps talking about making out military great again. Now Trump says he wants to close our overseas military bases. WTF??? I’m completely lost for words in describing how insane and absurd this all is.

Clinton better be prepared to destroy Trump in the debates. This man is a danger to America’s standing and safety in the world.

Trump hesitated in saying the United States would automatically come to the defense of the 28 members of NATO. The Times asked specifically if Trump would, in light of Russia’s recent aggressions, assist the smaller Baltic States that most recently joined NATO if Russia were to attack.

The real estate mogul responded that he would assist those allies—after considering whether they “have fulfilled their obligations to us.”

Effective immediately, Donald Trump is hereby disqualified from serving as the President of the United States. Any politician who disagrees with this is hereby disqualified from serving the remainder of his or her term.

Meetings???
That’s the craziest thing I’ve heard him say all year!

Considering the response to Benghazi, I think we should probably just fire up the investigative committees as soon as he’s sworn in to save time later on.

Specifically because he doesn’t trust them. He can say all sorts of bat-shit crazy stuff then complain about the press he’s getting.
His followers don’t know or don’t care that transcripts are his actual words and not just made up stories by the media (unlike FauxNews, RW talk radio, et. al).
