Cannabis should have been legalized across the country decades ago. It’s beyond ridiculous and offensive that a cop would do such a search. I assume the 4th amendment still applies.

This is the one of the most disgusting arrest stories that I have ever heard of. Clearly the police officers cannot keep their damn story straight. One minute they claim she gave consent to the public strip search order and yet, somehow, just somehow, the young lady got charged with “resisting arrest”! WTMF is that all about?

Searched her vagina is an upsetting enough charge all by itself. It is so wrong that the rest of the crimes perpetrated against this lady are almost forgotten.
A lone black woman. Not a man, not a group of people or group of black people but a very easy target.
This woman needs to see justice and be taken care of. The cops need the Wilson treatment and need to be shunned and ostracized until the day they die, then they need reminders on their graves.
This must be that “christian love” we keep hearing about.
Sue everyone. The cops, the department, the city, the county, the state, and then the Federal violation of civil rights cases.

How catastrophically must you realize you fucked up to think “hey, she consented” will help you? It’s not the act of cops trying to dodge a firing offense, it’s the act of cops belatedly realizing they committed a felony.

If this young woman had been more biddable and/or they had found something in her care, I’m sure she would have been offered ‘options.’
And any significant others of the police officer making the stop should consult Planned Parenthood.

Not only is this wrong on way too many levels, there’s no way in hell that you can claim she gave consent and then claim that she resisted, unless of course, what she consented to was NOT what these officers claim to be the case. Sue everybody. I mean it. Sue everybody. Sue the cops, the city, the county, the state, and if you have to, sue the federal government for lack of enforcement of the Constitution. Take it all the way to the SCOTUS. Do it now. Make sure this makes a lot of noise during this political cycle. And if you get nowhere, then there will be no loss if all the good decent people get up and leave while the whole damned state is incinerated. These cops need to placed on sex offender registries. Their actions are beyond obscene.
I also want to know how in hell any allegedly human cop can claim he can smell 0.02 ounces of Marijuana when it’s been shoved inside either a vaginal or rectal orifice. In order to smell that, he’d have to get WAAAAY too personal. Then again, maybe he’s also a professional brown-noser.

I guess she gets hard time for the possession charge and she won’t face the chair over it. The reported .02 ounces seems to be about 1/10 of a small joint, as I looked this up.
They are saying she consented to the search but somehow resisted arrest? Why not pile on indecent exposure charges for her stripping as ordered??
At least by tossing her behind bars, society will be relived of her driving around after 10 pm to get things for her sick mother, so we won’t have to continually put officers in harms way by obliging them to vaginally grope her every time. I wonder if this brave officer will get a special day named after him because of his heroism?
