Since when are marriages entered into under duress valid? They could file for annulment immediately. I would hope, but as it’s TX do not expect, the judge would be disciplined for this.

Truth be told, we would’ve never married but for the fact that I was in process of adopting my niece and Michigan doesn’t allow cohabiting couples to adopt (probably has something to do with the ‘gay’).

Well, I haven’t commented yet.

Personally, I believe the judge should be forced to write out the First Amendment 10,000 until he understands and agrees to never sentence anyone to write out Bible Verses or get married ever again.
