Strange that these small government types are begging for federal government for more money. Why don’t Florida and Texas just pick themselves up by their bootstraps instead of always running to the courts and suing?

OK, stop right there. I was under the impression that one of the reasons the Rethugs were against the dreaded O-Care was due to the fact that it was, in their confused minds, government subsidized health care and NOT market based.
But, NOW, apparently, Scott is saying that they’re not getting federal health care but, instead, O-Care. Which is not Federal.
I cannot imagine even the most right wing circuit judge that accepts this nonsense.

You mean the lawsuit Rick Scott filed, that he wouldn’t have had ti file if he had let Florida participate in th ACA subsidies in the first place? That lawsuit? The “I’m broke because I didn’t take the money you offered me freely and was entitled to, so now I’m going to sue you to get money” lawsuit?
How many of his friends and cronies are going to make money off this. I really hope that someone initiates an investigation into that.
