Discussion for article #238995
Everyone here in Texas knew about this situation before last yearâs election, but our forever alert right wingers put TeaPaxton in office anyway. At least he got indicted early in his term ⌠not that it will end our suffering anytime soon.
JADE HELM !
Being indicted on Felony Securities Fraud is a prerequisite to run for Office in Texas.
The Rangers are not even at .500 and are third in the hapless AL West. I would say they are arenât in a position to accuse anyone of fraud.
Paxton: âHow could this happen? I did all the right things in dealing with this: I shamed women for having abortions; I said gay marryinâ has doomed us all; I said religion should be taught in all public schools; and, with the governor, I warned America that Jade Helm was the start of rounding us all up and so they must nuzzle their guns a little harder!â
âOh waitâŚSince this has broken, my poll numbers have gone up? âŚWell, then! Nevermind!â
Paxton âsincerely believesâ Jesus approves of securities fraud and since these are his deeply held religious beliefs, will issue a directive that courthouses not issue any warrants for his arrest. ~So There!~
The Dudeâs mentor abides.
Gawd-duh-mightyâ! At this point, Iâm just going to go out looking for any far Reichwing Nut Conservative, Christian, Family Values, Kinder & Gentler Republican who HASNâT committed some sort of crime or participated in depraved and horrid behavior!!!
DiogenesâŚCâmon and bring the lantern!
BTW: Bet Paxton is already loading his diaper while running down I-35 for the Mexican border, praising Jaysusâ that Trump hasnât built that âGreat Wall of Texasâ yet!
As Molly Ivins once said of the Reagan Administration, âHalf of it was under averageâthe other half was under indictment."
I do miss the late, great Molly Ivins. One of my favorite Ivinsâ comments was directed to the public during Dubyaâs Reign of Terror: In her iconic, soft spoken tone, she said, âPeople! The next time I ask you not to vote for a Texas governor for president, please pay attention.â
Servergy, Inc. Another in a long line of evidence that all the good company names are taken.
"Although indictments against attorneys general are not common, Paxton has company both in Texas and around the U.S.
In 1983, Texas Democrat Jim Mattox was indicted on charges of commercial bribery shortly after his election and was later acquitted. More recently, a Pennsylvania grand jury in January recommended that state Attorney General Kathleen Kane face charges over allegations that she engaged in a cover-up and lied about her role in a grand jury leak to a newspaper. Kane, who took office in 2013, has not been charged and has consistently denied that she broke any laws."
Thereâs a rather glaring gap at the end of the article, isnât there? Like the TWO Republican AGâs that were recently indicted in Utah?
Texas AG Ken Paxton Indicted On Felony Securities Fraud Charges
Of course he was. Who here is shocked, shocked I tell you? Nobody, thatâs who.
Fairness and balance?
I have been searching for years. The lamp oil is running low. Methinks the species Republicanis Honorabili has gone extinct.
LD
Itâs not hapless when our Astros are a dozen games over .500 with the second (or third?) best record in the AL.
But yes, the Rangers are indeed a fraud.

Wow. Thatâs a smackable smirk if Iâve ever seen one.
I dunnoâŚIâm over 60 myself and I always assumed that species was much like unicorns and dragonsâŚimaginary.
Perp walking for Jesus.
That GOP smirkâeven in the mugshots.
