That isn’t the only thing he needs a tin foil hat over…

Not enough for a decent tin-foil Stetson yet, but ample for a nice pair of boot-straps.

Bush Junior to Rick Perry…and now to this jackass. Seriously, wtf is going on down there? How can the sensible people of Texas, and I knew there must be a few, stand being surrounded by so much buffoonery?

…Was Sent Pieces Of Tin Foil After His Texas Takeover Response.

Great.
Now our governor thinks folks will send him pieces of gold–
what with his latest RWNJ bullion-stashing idea.

I’m generally not a fan of these types of protests that involve sending people stuff, but I absolutely love this one and hope it catches on elsewhere. I also think the left needs to be much better at saying saying the GOP’s ideas aren’t merely wrong nor are they simply stupid, they’re crazy.

Now that’s what I call a waste of good foil!

I guess these can be considered as the first “deposits” for the Texas Precious Metals Suppository, eh ?

The Texas National Guard finds some mischief in the Army:

:

Remember the AP writeup on the confirmation of Unumpentium a couple of years ago that included the much-mocked, if despair-inducing line, “Well-known chemical elements include carbon, silicon and iron”?

“The foil was a reference to conspiracy theorists who are sometimes characterized as wearing foil hats to prevent their thoughts from being read” isn’t quite that bad but . . . really?

I love it. I met the guy when he was a practicing attorney. I was on a jury panel in a case where he was representing the defendant in a slip-and-fall case. He was a very competent attorney and an intelligent guy. Wtf happened to him?

He’s representing idiots and he wants them to vote for him again.

I agree with you whole-heartedly. But did you know that crazy people don’t think or believe they’re crazy? That’s how you and I and any other sane person knows in an instant they’re absolutely batshit bonkers. Just thought I’d throw that out there.

I always thought tin foil hats aided in the reception of secret messages that would otherwise go unheard… at least that is how the ones that I wear usually function. Perhaps I have never understood the full range of benefits they provide.

What happened to him? Pure greed and opportunism. Someone you made his fortune by collecting on his own personal injury. Then as a politician pushed for tort reform to limit damages paid. He doesn’t believe in anything except his own personal gain.

Oh yeah! I forgot about that.

Those are only the tin foil hats that have the extended antennae. Not to say that I have any sartorial knowledge in tin foil etiquette…but I thought everyone knew that!

Just kidding ExSpectator…

“For your hat! Thanks for making our state look like idiots!”

To be fair, the governor merely helped. The majority of your fellow Texans have been doing their solid best for quite some time now.
