What is better than thumbing your nose at the judiciary and law enforcement system, especially when putting untraceable, almost-undetectable weapons in the hands of those who need them (for hunting and personal protection, of course).

If any guns made with his blueprints are used in a crime, he should be charged as an accessory to that crime. As well as any charges appropriate for illegal gun dealing.

Anyone who uses his guns instead of the man more-effective weapons that can be made by more conventional means or simply bought is probably putting themselves at risk.

Still, he deserves prosecution simply because he has asked for it.

This will be a slam-dunk First Amendment case if the .gov decides to try to enforce the injunction. There are many applicable precedents. A first-year law student would know that.
