According to the link in the other TPM article,Rosendale leads in all other counties where votes are still out. Not sure what the precinct breakdown is, It’s not over. Tester could still lose.
If you go to sosmt.gov/elections/results you can open counties and see that most of the vote left is in large, Democratic leaning counties. Tester still might lose, but pulling ahead is a good sign.

Montana’s entire population is 1 million. That’s quite the vote-counting infrastructure they have going there. BTW, Go Tester!
I remember doing that in the wee hours of the morning in 2006.
