A police report about the shooting said video surveillance showed Ayers hiding the gun under a storage unit in the back of the store following the shooting, according to WREG.

Wow I am surprised this story made the news. Local news has a list of shootings every morning. some are “accidents” some are murder, some are cleaning the gun, some are just drive by’s and then the good ole bullets through the house and apts are always being investigated. wonder why this story was special enough to be reported.
It says he was charged with reckless homicide. Think that’s for shooting the gun.
That’s how I feel. Let them kill each other. Less for us to worry about
except that one of us could be pulling up to the gas pump at the same time as these reckless gun freaks.

We tell kids; “don’t play with matches” but I guess if we said “don’t play with guns” that would be an infringement of 2nd Amendment rights.

Does the alleged thing imply that maybe he/they did it on purpose? This is the current new excuse since the two big black guys thing has quit working.
