In CPAC’s 41-year history, only four poll winners have gone on to become Republican presidential nominees. Looks like sCruz is a shoe-in.

That’s a pretty scary/goofy picture of Cruz. I hate to go Godwin, but he really looks like a b-side Hitler in that pose.

so… instead of saying boooooooo at CPAC they were saying crruuuuuzzzzz…

and the walkouts were enough to let sCruz win the straw poll?

Looks more like Oswald Mosley

And in other news, water is still wet.

If anyone thought someone other than Cruz was going to win the CPAC straw poll, they have not been paying attention.

And of those four poll winners, how many have gone on to win the White House?

Let’s be clear: the record of poll winners just making the nominee isn’t terrific. So clearly there is no history of correlation.

I am just curious if any of their winners have become President.

Not surprising he won Kansas, land of Brownback, either.

No…he looks like Grandpa Munster!

… i’d say it’s akin to giving a gold star to a special needs student…

… but that’s insulting to all special needs students… they don’t wanna be compared to Ted Cruz…
