Like @JohnScotus said above, fortunately we will not have to worry about Cruz getting the chance to harass PP from the White House. That said, what he is suggesting would waste taxpayer money and time because PP has already been investigated by Cruz’s home state – and found nothing illegal. Additionally, he is slandering PP – and they should consider bringing charges up against him since he is a practicing lawyer in Texas.

Daleiden, the CEO of the Center for Medical Progress, was indicted by a Texas grand jury with a felony charge of tampering with a government record and a misdemeanor charge related to the purchase of organs. Activist Sandra Merritt was also indicted for the same felony charge – the two used fake driver’s licenses while posing as employees for a fake company while creating the videos.
I can’t wait for that video of them stating that this is why investigative reporters have to lie to make a story work.

A number of things would need to happen:

Cruz would need to be elected president.

Daleiden would need to be convicted in federal court. The Constitution is clear on this, only federal criminal convictions, such as those adjudicated in the United States District Courts, may be pardoned by the President.

Thankfully, you will not be elected. And just so you know, Ted, God told me that. I also heard from Thomas Jefferson, and he wants me to tell you to keep your damn religion out of politics and stop trying to pervert The Constitution with your narrow and literal interpretation of it. Don’t forget, Jefferson wanted to revisit The Constitution every 19 years because he didn’t think the living should be ruled by the dead. Its a good thing Jefferson isn’t living today or you and the so-called lovers of The Constitution would be calling him un-American, wouldn’t you, Ted.

Does Cruz allow guns into his campaign pack of lies & hate rallies? Will Cruz push to allow guns inside the Supreme Court and inside all Federal Buildings in DC? If not, why not…since Cruz and his billionaire Koch handlers and the NRA tell us guns make us (common people and neighborhoods) safer.
It’s no mistake that the rich don’t allow guns into their gated communities - like the Yellowstone Club in Montana - but they want us to have guns all over the place in our ghettos and our neighborhoods!

Counsel: Your honor, we move to have these charges dropped. My client asserts it will be impossible to form a jury pool that is not tainted, that is impartial and unbiased as to passing judgment. A change of venue cannot overcome the fact the President of the United States has said multiple times on national news shows we are guilty of crimes. The leader of the nation has prejudged our guilt, both before and after his election, on so many occasions before so many people no citizen has remained unaware of his conviction of our guilt. His instructions to his own Justice Department during the investigation leading to these charges were certainly biased and prosecutors certainly felt bringing charges was the only outcome acceptable to the President. We respectfully assert that a fair trial is not possible and we move to strike charges.
Judge: So ordered.

Yup, nobody has rights or anything outside of conservatives I guess. Believe whatever you want so long as it helps the point. The fact that the tapes were edited and nobody said what they wanted them to say does not matter.

The rich do allow guns carried by their private security forces, no need to chance gunpowder residue on one’s body or clothes!
Sounds like he is giving the green light to lawlessness for anyone who wants to disrupt or slander a lawful enterprise that provides health services to women rich and poor. Wait… I am being told “official lawlessness” is pretty much the official GOP position in states like Texas and Louisiana that have shut down almost all such health care facilities.
