“Donald Trump had a rally in Phoenix, Ariz. (to which) between 10 and 20 thousand people came out.”

How do you solve a problem like the Donald?
How do you catch a fart and pin it down?
How do you find the word that means the Donald?
A misogynist! An asshole ! A clown!

He clearly wants to be in a position to pick up Trumps voters when Trump leaves the race. I don’t think he is going to last long enough to pick them up.

No shit!

Yup. And Bernie Sanders gets 70,000 people to come to his rally. But if Teddy wants to go the "LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE! route it’s understandable.

Edit: I screwed up by a factor of 10. Bernie has been getting 7 - 12k supporters but without Trump’s huuuuggge campaign budget.

Yes; it’s so much better to criticize and slander your Senate Majority Leader.

Asswad.

Regarding candidate Cruz I’m always reminded of Hunter Thompson’s description of Hubert Humphrey “campaigning like a rat in heat” during the '68 campaign except the Cruz rat would be a meth addict.

Exactly - he’s a little fucking whore knowing the Donald will drop out at some point and give him his votes. Cruz is a fool if he thinks he can count on the Donald

Of course, Cruz is correct, Republicans should not speak ill of each other in insulting, inflammatory language. They should also seek to air their differences privately among themselves. The GOP should heed his counsel.

Firebrand Republican senator and presidential candidate Ted Cruz on Friday rushed across a line rarely crossed on the Senate floor: He accused the leader of his party, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, of lying to his colleagues.
"What we just saw today was an absolute demonstration that not only what he told every Republican senator, but ***what he told the press over and over and over again, was a simple lie***," Cruz said Friday morning. "We know now that when the majority leader looks us in the eyes and makes an explicit commitment, that ***he is willing to say things that he knows are false***. That has consequences for how this body operates."

“Little fucking whore”

How metaphoric that figures of history and politics almost transfer that stature to their actual person. Churchill, the short, dumpy Prime Minister of Britain…but gigantic to the Allies and the world…

No historian will ever bother to assess the physical stature of Cruz in any way other that what you write here…his moral and spiritual shortcomings so profound.

“.@SenTedCruz had a very good debate, far better than Rand Paul.”

There are basically two obits out on Paul’s campaign today. He is rapidly running out of money, doing an abysmal job at raising anymore (he apparently thinks he is above such a garish task), his top campaign aide, along with two others, is under indictment for trying to buy votes for his father in 2012. Oh, and one of those aides is also under investigation for stealing the laptop from yet another aide after he died.

My prediction? When Paul drops out of the race very soon, Trump will claim its because of this tweet.

Perry’s campaign is out of money…they can’t pay staffers anymore. I wonder if we will see a Trump tweet today taking a swat out Perry too, so he can claim he drove him out of the race, too.

And Kelly got the word from above and made nice with Trump at the beginning of her broadcast. Apparently Ailes was freaking out at how many Trump supporters emailed and called the network, and was afraid it would hurt their ratings.

I am pretty sure enabling a bully is how you guarantee that he will keep on bullying. I wonder how long it takes the GOP to figure that one out.

Ugh, do we really have another 15 months of this crap?

I know it works for sheer idiocy. Louis Gohmert gets reelected regularly and apparently having sawdust between his ears does him no electoral harm.
