Charges “may” be politically driven? May? Anything that that doesn’t violate the laws of physics “may” be true, but it’s customary to provide actual evidence before making such statements.

The idea that Obama would punish a Democrat who disagrees with him on a few issues so that Chris Christie can appoint a Republican who will disagree with Obama on every issue is so absurd that I doubt even Louis Gohmert actually believes it, let alone Cruz.

Which is why Gandalf called Sauron a “wise fool.” Cruz is bottomlessly cynical and narcissistic, and it prevents his having any deep understanding of what motivates normal people. Cruz is like Romney but ten, fifteen, a hundred times more contemptuous of ordinary people. He’ll never inspire anyone, never be a true leader.

While this idea pimped by Cruz is total bullshit, deep down I kinda wish a little bit of this was true. Nothing wrong with the notion that the Obama administration is willing to play extreme hardball! Be afraid GOP, be very afraid!
