At this point, I wouldnā€™t be surprised if it turns out to be some sort of elaborate October surprise concocted by ratfuckers to repel the Blue Wave. We donā€™t know whoā€™s behind it and their true objective yet.

We seem to always be constructing defenses against the tactics and methods of the last battle, as they are improvising and then springing new ones on us.

Look at 2016. Do we really believe our political enemies have stopped scheming, and they have nothing up their sleeves for 2018?

Itā€™s like the constant battle against hackers and computer viruses. As soon as you update the definitions and firewalls, they come up with new attacks.

Also feels like the kind of case the FBI will crack in no time. Smart enough to follow Internet bomb making instructions, too dumb or know that all of these peopleā€™s mail is checked for bombs, poison, radiation, and biohazards six ways from Sunday before it gets within a block of them. Or that the FBI can get their search history.

Yes. I saw David Duke had a celebratory twitter post regarding Trumpā€™s declaration that heā€™s a white nationalist. The timing of that speech, reaction from the far right, the worries among the GOP about Democratic gains, Andrew Gillum hitting Trump in the solar plexus repeatedly in the recent debate all make this feel like someone hit the ā€˜goā€™ button on a thing that had been planned for a while, however loosely or poorly.
