Okay, dude, let’s line up the depositions. Let’s FIND OUT THE TRUTH, direct from the women Eric Small-Stuff victimized.
Let’s have a very public airing of the facts surrounding Mr. Bolling’s behavior.
Let the subpoenas to the telecommunications/cell phone provider fly. And then the Subpoenas with “Notice of Deposition” to each of the complaining witnesses.
We will see what his reputation is worth, after a few months of civil discovery…

He’ll have to show that the reporting was false – AND – done with malice.
Since Bolling is the litigant, he’s open to a lot of e-discovery for any claims that he makes. (Those weren’t my dicks on those pics – better have a way to prove it.) Phone logs, text, internet history, income… all of it can be subpoenaed by the defense as counterpoint.
And New York does have a pretty good shield law.
