Sad. Accident. Guns. Bad.

It accidentally fired three times?

That poor gun must have had serious abandonment issues! So sad that no one gave it the love and support it desperately needed.

"Francisco Sanchez, 45, told KGO-TV Sunday in a mix of Spanish and
English that he found a gun wrapped inside a shirt while he was sitting
on a bench at the pier and smoking a cigarette.

“So I picked it up and … it started to fire on its own,” Sanchez said, adding that he heard three shots go off."

BULLSHIT
Guns don’t go off by themselves.
Certainly not 3 times.

well now he will accidentally go to prison for a very long time…and he will accidentally be someone’s prison bitch…

Defendant: “I couldn’t help it your honor! It was an accident. He ran around the corner and into my knife.”

The Judge: “15 times? In the back?”

Well there was that 9 year old girl in Arizona who shot her instructor with an Uzi. She lost control and being fully automatic the gun fired as long as she kept her finger on the trigger. A semi-automatic with a light trigger pull or malfunctioning firing mechanism can seemingly fire accidentally multiple times, as the recoil causes the shooter to release then pull the trigger again and again.

Not that that’s what happened in this case, this guy seems to have mental issues, but it can happen. That’s why Guns are dangerous things.

Wait, you mean his dog didn’t do it?!

Yep, that was a fully auto rifle, not a semi-auto. The girl was way to young to have been handling that weapon. And she pulled the trigger. Nobody argues that point.
The dreck in SF says he didn’t pull the trigger, that the gun fired itself (which is impossible). I doubt that pistol he had was a fully automatic model. The guys also a druggie.
Yep, guns are lethal. And accessible to even the deranged it seems. That’s gotta change. It just must change.

The NRA opposes changing it. So it won’t change.

The NRA isn’t the majority. They’ve become a shadow of that former group that was into gun safety. They’re a fringe group these days. They do have money but they can be out voted IF those who care take the time to vote.

That isn’t the NRA’s game. They’re enforcers. Their positions won’t swing votes in a district. What they will do is make sure Republicans in a safe GOP district hew to their positions, or else. If you threaten to go off the reservtion they’ll fund a primary challenger, forcing you to expend precious funds in a race you thought was a foregone conclusion. Rather than stake out a more sane position on gun rights you buckle. To avoid getting primaried. The overall effect is to keep as many Republican in Congress in their camp as possible. And that’s usually enough to protect their positions. Beating Democrats is the least of their worries.

So the guy found the pills he allegedly was intoxicated with at the time he shot that poor woman, he found a gun wrapped in a T-shirt and with that, as first reported, he tried to shoot seagulls on a crowded pier. Gun that “accidentally” fired 3 times. Sorry dude, I won’t buy your bridge.

…but FREEDOM™.

You don’t think prison alone is punishment enough? You want him to be sexually assaulted, too?

Beejs gun went off once too many times. His wife neutered him in his sleep following the incident…

He hehe…

And our great president who we all praise lord jebbus for each and every day, some of us twice, his administrations immigration plan, deportations and savage stampede into socialism had nothing to do with his being loose on the streets did they now Puddles?

Sadly he was loose due to an ordinance peculiar to our beautiful and welcoming City by the Bay or as Herb Caen fondly called it

“Ess Eff”

You can read, yes? Did you read that the reason he was not turned over was because Ess Eff is a Sanctuary City? Our cool, competent, intelligent, honest as any president can be but demonstrably not a serial liar, and a generally good human being…well…one of our gubbment’s agencies did it’s job and asked for a hold on the guy.

And they bowed to local ordinances and customs Puddles. Kind of like they did out on public welfare whore Cliven Bundy’s alleged rancherito. Damn shame when it works both ways ain’t it?

The good news in all this for you Puddles is that even you would be safe from deportation there. The bad news the coverage does not extend to those who defraud people on the Internet. Guess you’ll have to continue hiding out in Middletown.
