I donā€™t think there is a ghost of a chance for that, but really, Iā€™ve no idea.

So 57% of roughly 8 mill ( about 4.5 mill.) did not have insurance. This is less than 1/8 of the more or less 35 million that did not have insurance. Does this mean success? Because it certainly didnā€™t solve the problem it was supposed to address.
