Wait, I’m still catching up here - so the bigot wing of the GOP believes that most of the money flowing south of the border is drug money and the threat is to cut that off unless Mexico (specifically Mexico, no Central or South American countries) build the Trump Taj MaWall BUT, if they do build the wall, the money can still flow freely?

I almost got the feeling, reading Trump’s “memorandum” to the Times yesterday, that he was hinting at an outfight seizure of funds from Mexicans resident in the U.S. Everything about Mr. Smallhands smacks not just of racism, but of blatant illegality.
