Well, in fairness, SCOTUS isn’t elected but can be impeached. The point is that he is just too stupid to realize that HILLARY Clinton was not impeached. I bet he also doesn’t know that Willam Jefferson Clinton, although impeached, was not convicted. Probably doesn’t know the difference anyway.
