Hate to say it, but she was SofS at the time. Not sure from the article, but I can’t be sure if this is just more Hillary Derangement Syndrome, or something else. She most definitely gets more scrutiny than virtually ANYONE else, but I disagree with those who give Rubio’s actions in favor of Scarface – er – his brother-in-law as somehow a defense for Hillary. It is almost like saying, well, everyone does it (which is basically true) and so it’s ok (which it’s not).
Now, as to the email “scandal” I absolutely DO think it is fine to mention Condaleeza and Colin Powell to defuse the absurd vitriol about Hillary’s emails. After all, HER emails were not hacked, as were the FBIs and Congress’ (and most likely many others).
The real scandal and far more interesting is how Rubio’s BIL, involved in a crime syndicate, which not only trafficked millions in drugs, but killed and dismembered an informant.
Generally, if the State Department tried, in good faith, to fulfill the court’s order, the court will understand. The judge may admonish the State Dept., but s/he realizes that humans are, well, human. The problem is going to be if the judge believes that the order could have been met.
What is there to discuss? Just read aboit his BIL. Interesting in how it effected young Mario. The Clinton story sounds more interesting. Don’t get your 2nd post below this one. Maybe you’re referencing something else.
