Discussion: State Attorneys General Announce Lawsuit Against Trump's O'care Blow

And the Republican Attorneys General continue to be listed as missing and presumed dead.

Trump has referred to his actions as a “very big step”.

It is indeed a very big step … toward screwing millions of Americans out of affordable preventative and chronic illness health care coverage.

This is democrats calling him to fix things.

Trump knows his days in office are numbered, and wants to to maximum damage to America while he still can. Unless the 25th Amendment is promptly invoked, a Trump-started nuclear war in Asia is now more likely than not. Those on the West Coast should buy iodine immediately. The Republican leadership, without conscience, doesn’t care how many millions die, as long as it doesn’t involve their immediate families or largest donors. Or do enough have a conscience after all?

Good for these State AGs. Demented Dotard Donald is very clearly violating the spirit of US law. There should be hell to pay! Sanctions, no less! Make Congress deal with this travesty!

He does seem a bit manic. One thing that is interesting to me, he is piling congresses plate up with all kinds of shit they weren’t planning to address, making tax reform (and everything else) even less likely.

Good to see a half dozen AGs ready to sue. Unless I am mistaken, New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman was early on this lawsuit (didn’t see his name in the article).

As a subsidy recipient of ACA, this has been a personal attack on my family by Trump, Ryan, and most Republicans. ACA was funded permanently when it was passed, so the Repub House lawsuit is total BS. Repubs shopped around for a conservative judge on standing, and settled with DC District Judge Rosemary Collyer (Bush appointee). Collyer ruled the House had ‘standing’, and CSR subsidies had to be specifically authorized by the House.

The House was not effected ‘personally’ by the ACA law, which is a criteria frequently used to define ‘standing’. The House also fluctuates with Repub majorities, so does it lose ‘standing’ when Repubs lose majority?

Obama appealed, and the judge stayed her ruling for the appeal process July 2016. Meanwhile, the Cheeto-faced, ferret wearing Shitgibbon (pardon my English) was elected, and ceased the appeal. So here we are. Repubs couldn’t democratically pass legislation to repeal health insurance for up to 32 million, partially due to public outcry, so they resort uncaring, unconstitutional fiat. 2018 elections cannot come soon enough.

TRUMP is EVIL he doesn’t CARE who gets hurt. His power grab is sickening, he is constantly trying to play king. Our Constitution guarantees the American people that we’re are not GOING to be ruled by KINGS, that is what the American revolutionary war was all about. He NEVER upholds the Constitution and by now he’s had enough time to learn what is and what IS NOT allowed. I’m tired and of his underhanded dealings. He is offensive. The American people should be able to go to bed at night an AT LEAST feel somewhat safe, but since this monster moved into the Whitehouse it’s constant task to keep him in line. We deserve better. Please remove him, he is unfit to be President.
And to boot he’s EVIL.

yep they don’t seem to care about their voters. They want donald to do what they them selves are afraid to do. my question is why ,why would anyone not care about a human being well being? It has to be about the money for the 1 percenters what else could it be. “The moral party” how in the hell can they call themselves the moral party?

Have any attorney generals from republican states sued. I know it’s a stupid question i just wonder if their are republicans that may have the guts to stand up for the lives of their people.

They will rise up when it comes to stripping reproductive rights and disenfranchising minorities.
