I quit?
We need to pressure the corporate office. This āwe donāt have a political opinionā is bs that they hope will deflect the stink off of them. Let them know you will boycott if he runs.
But still no answer to why does your coffee taste like burnt grass? Still using that bitter billionaire roast?
I hope the Starbucks employees donāt have to take grief. It would be so wrong. But if there is a large boycott, they will be hit. Sad that this asshole Schultz is so stupid and damaging. Heās creating damage from the ground up. What a guy.
Starbucks Coaches Employees On What To Say About Howard Schultz
Order for Harold Schlitz?
The honest reply from Starfucks would be:
āwould you like ā ŠÆāmp for four more years or will you stand with Howard to beat back the Democrats so ā ŠÆāmp can just declare himself dictator and get rid of these pesky electionsā
Yes, everyone needs to start Boycotting Starfucks, I certainly am.
Starbucks uses the cheaper Brazilian Robusto beans rather than the better, more flavorful and aromatic (and more expensive) Colombian Arabica beans. And they do over-roast them (which actually reduces the caffeine and the flavor.)
Then again, they make a damn fine Frappuccino. ; )
This is the guy who gave his employees a christmas bonus in the form of a starbucks gift card. When they used it to buy a coffee and a muffin they were asked to pay the balance, because the cards had only $3.50 on them. You canāt even buy a starbucks card with an amount that low, it had to be specially issued just for him.
āOur goal is simply to create a warm and welcoming space where we can all gather, as a community.āā¦
Just ask those guys at the Philiadelphia store.
Whatās the problem with this? Itās just keeping the employees out of it. Your barista doesnāt have any voice in what Schultz does. If you want to boycott Starbucks* go ahead but leave the employee out of it. They do not have access to Scultzās private cell number.
- I generally do because both they and Peetās roast the living hell out of their beans for some reason.
attempt to diffuse the situation by sharing
Their corporate mealymouthing is as bad as their coffee.
Money Talks.
If a customer attempts to investigate, or share aggressive political opinions, attempt to diffuse the situation by sharing:
We respect everyoneās opinion. Our goal is simply to
create a warm and welcoming space where we can all gather, as a community, over great coffeetrade you our crappy, 25-cent coffee for your crisp, ten-dollar bill.
If asked about Howardās political intentions:
Howardās future plans are
up to himto vainly stroke his billionaire ego through a crushing electoral defeat that throws the election to Trump, guarantees four more years of Putin, and showers obscene tax cuts on One Percent a-holes like Donald, Wilbur, and Howard.
Fixed.
But but but what about the āstart a conversationā policy in Starbucks that Howie thought was such a great idea? No? Cāmonā¦letās hear about what the employees THINKā¦

Agreed. The employees shouldnāt be on the receiving end of misdirected outrage over Schultzās messaging. They need to earn a paycheck too. Reminds me of when folks were giving Chik-fil-A employees shit, like they had a say in corporate policy. Just wrong.
Iāve got a better reply for Starbucks to make:
Heās no longer our CEO. Heās a private citizen. Heāll do whatever he wants. If that pisses you off, weāre sorry, but thereās not a damn thing we can do about it. And next time he comes in, weāll write his name on his cup as āSchitzā.
Me? Iām not going to buy anything from Starbucks until the arrogant prick drops his bid.
How about, āI just work here. I donāt make the policies.ā?
Or, āThereās a Dunkin Donuts right down the street. Why donāt you go harass them?ā
www.boycottstarbux.com was available as of an hour ago. At www.ionos.com you can get it for $1 for the first year and $15 for 2020. Some entrepreneur can save the world just for $16.
Mr. Shultze couldnāt get enough rich manās socialism from Seattle to build a new arena, so in a huff he sold the Sonics to an Oklahoma grifter who took him and who made promises to keep the team in Seattle. According to him, Shultze just wa lied too, but it was obvious to every one that as soon as it was sold the team was headed to Oklahoma. Two conclusions, Shultze is either too naive to be President or he is a liar on the level of Trump.
