It isn’t as though we couldn’t see the effects of deindustrialization and globalization coming for decades. My question is why haven’t our leaders developed a better response. Are our leaders too interested in feathering their own nests or are they too interested in short term results to deal with developments on the horizon?

As a huge Bruce fan this makes me happy. As for Christie, pretty sure he dumped Bruce as his favorite rocker after Bruce refused to give him free tickets/preferential treatment to some concert (it made the local news here awhile back.) Pretty sure he’s buddy buddy with Jon Bon Jovi now…no real loss IMO.
