Walk into the Russian Embassy in D.C. and ask to use a secure room safe from surveillance by U.S. intelligence services to speak with Russian politicians and bankers. Then when asked if they did it, don't list it on various reports. Then later amend those reports. Then when asked about the entire sequence of events say it was all proper.
