Discussion: Spicer Says Trump's Immigration Order Wasn't Meant To Lead To Deportations

It’s almost like they didn’t think this through…

Spicer claimed on Monday that the federal government never meant to deport any those who were detained. He said that officials detained them and determined whether or not “they sought to do us any harm.”

Translation: No one was meant to be deported until after they’d been waterboarded. Everyone from these countries only want to hurt Americans. We’d be foolish to let them go before we learned everything they know.

Spicer Says Trump’s Immigration Order Wasn’t Meant To Lead To Deportations

Better check with your boss Sean. president Bannon doesn’t like Muslims. Obviously innocent people (5ys olds for Chrissakes) are being denied admittance even with proper legal paperwork and fucking Green Cards, Sean!

Sean, ask your president (Bannon) if dual nationals are gonna be admitted. Will people here legally with green cards be deported? You bet’cha Sean. As soon as they get caught speeding, parking wrong, spitting on the sidewalk, or just looking at you wrong. Get with the program Sean. Bigotry is now front and center for you guys. Jim Crow for Arabs. Segregation, public hangings. legal beatings, burning mosques will be the order of the day. Just wait, Sean. The intent in that EO is very clear, Sean, I suggest you get a copy and read it.

Apparently Spicer is just now learning that the clarity of one’s words are important, maybe he should inform the rest of the Trump administration.

If you’re stopping green card holders at the border, isn’t that deportation?

Spicer should learn to speak English:

de·port dəˈpôrt/] verb:
deport; 3rd person present: deports; past tense: deported; past participle: deported; gerund or present participle: deporting

  1. expel (a foreigner) from a country, typically on the grounds of illegal status or for having committed a crime.“he was deported for violation of immigration laws”
synonyms:expel, banish, exile, transport, expatriate, extradite, repatriate

So, transport is a synonym for “deport”. Transporting people refused entry back to their origin is the same thing as deporting them.
One other very important thing to consider here is that due process has been utterly ignored. Trump is gutting the Constitution’s 14th Amendment. ANYBODY, not just citizens, on US soil is to be afforded due process (pulls out dog eared copy, thumbs to the 14th…)… “nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws”

There will be no deportations as a result of the EO. All qualifying persons will receive prompt unportations.
