I’ve gotta say it: The woman has daddy issues.
I think what she actually said was…
“Please click on MY Trump article”
MoDo…I thought she was dead.
Is Maureen one of “The World’s Top Women” that Trump shagged (and then self-high-fived)?
Fancy that, there was a time we believed you and the fucking rag you now shill for…
fwiw - my immediate knee jerk reaction with Trump was Megyn Kelly as some 70’s horror monster with blood dribbling down from the fangs in her mouth -then remembered the blood thing was also a sorta popular 80’s jibe to go with the whole PMS thing.
Trump could have pivoted better and talked about it in the monster image, even a blood thirsty vampire https://youtu.be/deFoFxI-yCo?t=35s more like that - but not sure that would have exactly helped his case either
Hmm come to think of it - does look like MoDo

This so-called “liberal” hack saves all her venom for Hillary and Bill Clinton. Who reads her drivel?
Your “impression,” Maureen? My impression, based on years of watching Donald Trump, is that he is a misogynistic douche who will do and say anything to get attention. When I listen to his “blood” remarks, it’s my impression he is trying to belittle Megyn Kelly as a hormonal witch.
"I do believe this because I’ve meet him and can confirm that is nothing more than a 11 year old boy locked in a mans body with a terrible “hair cut” [yes she made air quotes when giving this {quote}.] She later when on to say, “He hit me once on the shoulder and I think we became boyfriend and girlfriend that day.” She also said, “I like the taste of my hair.” [see pic]
Let it not go unsaid that the one thing that has staying power from that debate was Trump’s moronic galloping gaff and his ham-fisted attempt to corral it.
That is all.
You can never get into someone’s head and know for sure. It’s just my impression from covering his various forays into politics.
Good grief, woman. You do that on a fairly regular basis.
Your impressions are usually full of caca.
MoDo is mesmerized by dollar signs.
I find it fascinating that his only supposed outrageous comment was about “Megyn” and her period. Why, that sounded almost like MISOGYNY! But his reference to Rosie O’Donnell as a fat pig, dog, slob, and disgusting animal? Oh, no problem.
Much as it pains me to say this, I agree with Dowd on this one. People often mis-speak and say things that can be interpreted far differently from what they actually meant. That premise has provided plot material for nearly every sitcom since 1950.
Also, when was the last time anyone ever heard of Trump being subtle or coy. If he really meant what people thought he meant to say, he probably would have just said it. Depending on his mood he would have either said “it must be that time of the month…” or “that bitch was totally on the rag.” That’s “The Donald” we’ve all come to expect; Bombastic, outrageous, obnoxious and never one to hold back. He’s not going to “where ever” a statement like that.
He could have been specific, ya know.
He chose not to be.
It won’t be long now before the internet has more analysis on Trump’s blood comment than pictures of cats.
Tell me that after the media stops paying attention, because he sure does seem to be the weird-colored-hair boy these days.
“F*ck Maureen Dowd,” said Megyn Kelly, “…and gimme’ a damned tissue!”
Good southern belle Maureen was shocked!
It has been clear for sometime now that Ms Dowd is well past her prime. If she was at all creditable she would have use,d her interview with Trump to ask a few tough questions of her own. Like how is it appropriate for a presidential candidate to make statements about blood coming out of anyplace on any reporter, male or, female just because he didn’t like the questions? Or maybe something one what Trump thinks qualifies him to be President other than making a lot of money?
I think it is apparent that Trump was trying for the “smoke coming out the ears mad” effect but he tied his metaphor up into a misogynistic sinkhole for himself. I have meet republicans who are likewise full of bluster and bravado and similarly consistently hit the hammer on the head. if you get my drift.
