They are making money off the show.

Damn sam, you went the full Monty.

What’s even more outrageous is the gullible fools who voted for Trump will gladly line up for more punishment because they’ve been convinced that their own interests should be sacrificed for the holy cause of “movement conservatism”. The idiots who believe coal jobs are coming back will die very quickly and their families will still praise Trump because reasons. The USA is in for some extremely dark years, folks. The dumbing down of the GOP base is taking its toll on the rest of us. The GOP base gets 50 lashes and begs for another 50. It’s hard to do much for this country with morons like that pulling the lever in the voting booth.

Don*t worry Govs , the taxpayer is paying for YOUR healthcare . Bet you don`t have many Town Hall meetings now .

Have heard nothing about Charlie Baker being primaried and since he is one of the most popular Govs in the country it would be a waste of time for the Repubs to do it. Repubs in MA have very few electable people and the state party is dreadful.

“From Day One, and up until today and into tomorrow, I do not support Obamacare. I never have, and I believe it should be repealed.”
–John Kasich, Oct. 2014

Oh, except for Medicaid expansion. He likes that.
And the money to combat opioid addiction.
And financial help for rural hospitals.

Kasich is a walking two-sided mouth.

While this is a dead link, its being suggested by some Mass. conservatives that were someone who happened to be a satisfactory conservative (whatever it means up there) available, then state cons would mount a (likely doomed) challenge against him.

Here’s a second story about Mass. conservatives being unhappy about Baker’s Planned Parenthood support.

It would be likely be doomed all right. Social conservatives are a non factor up here, it is considered disqualifying for public office. Mitt had to pretend he was a moderate and ran for Pres rather than a second term as Gov because he had been figured out and would have been trounced had he run for re election. Also I doubt anyone would get enough support at the Repub convention to even qualify for the primary ballot against Baker. Neither Charlie nor Planned Parenthood are going anywhere up here. Both are exceedingly popular.
