The article was gibberish
Twitter provides an incredible medium for getting a message out, but it’s not really communication. It builds on the strength that sound-bytes or headlines can provide to messaging by being short, simple, and theoretically unambiguous. Providing an actual interaction between users it does not, and so continues to trap folks into a swirling cesspool of competing slogans trying to pose as meaningful communication.
Oooo, this article made me so mad, and I was going to write a really snarky put-down, but then I saw your advice about the best response and I said
Vanity who? Why do they matter again?
I’ll figure out right after I work out why this article matters.
