If everyone in this country could appreciate this beautiful tale, it’d be a beautiful country again.
There are a 1000 stories in the “Naked City” and this is only one of them (how many out there remember that line from about the early 1960s on the tube?). And I mean to say there are at least 10,000+ stories like this one of abandoned allies / interpreters / guides / lifesavers and friends in quite a few of the countries we’ve invaded who helped saved American lives and have since been abandoned by the Pentagon / CIA / Obama to die a horrible death, due to their helping America. That is what our government is, sorry to say.
