Our country is so awash in firearms, any random “bang” is assumed to be a gunshot. What a paradise.

It apparently hasn’t occurred to anyone that this weekend was the 4th of July. I heard any number of “bang” noises this weekend, and I didn’t think any of them was a gunshot. And if you’ve got leftovers on Monday, what are you going to do with them?
