Hope her award bankrupted Breitbart’s estate.

People need to sue every time these idiots post edited and faked videos and stories. Bankrupt the bastards!

Good for Shirley! The vicious tactic used against her was commonplace among right wingers as they came to power in Europe in the 1930s. Let’s hope this, and the ludicrous Planned Parenthood–let’s hope they sue!–videos start to put this to rest.

I hope she took them to the cleaners.

Is it okay for me to point out that Andrew Breitbart is still dead or will somebody at TPM get his panties in a bunch again and ban me?

When representatives of Breitbart’s estate talk about “inspir(ing) others to engage in the difficult but critically important process of bridging racial divides,” the only reasonable response is a hearty and sustained “FUUUUUUUUCK YOU.”

And there are so many lessons to take from a confidential settlement.

It is in the story.

May his fellow troll James O’Keefe be the next defendant on the courtroom docket.

Between this, the aforementioned O’keefe and ACORN, and the on-going Planned Parenthood efforts, releasing doctored videos that lie seems to be a staple of right-wing political terrorism.

This is why Federal Rule of Evidence 106 exists. Expect the GOP Congress to seek its repeal any moment.

God, let’s hope Breitbart is still dead.

I hope she also sues the living beejeesus out of her former boss, corporate ball polisher and Monsanto fellator Tom Vilsack, for so quickly throwing her under the proverbial bus.

Surely that’s part of the settlement?

Remember President Obama was so afraid of what Glenn Beck, Fox News, and other right wingers would say that he acted quickly without getting all the facts. This was one of the incidents that convinced me that he would not be a very strong leader too scared of what Republicans might think so he caved.

“In a gesture they hope will inspire others to engage in the difficult but critically important process of bridging racial divides, the parties have agreed to resolve this lawsuit on confidential terms.”

Legal speak for not wanting to reveal how badly they got spanked. I trust it was Breitbart’s side that insisted on that.
